Refund policy

Cancellation policy

Consumers have a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you have ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Rungfield – Marius Palluel, 60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, phone: +33 7 56 86 06 84, email: contact@rungfield.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also declare your cancellation electronically using the ‘Cancel your contract’ button on our website: rungfield.com/pages/cancel-contract. If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your having chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
