What you should know before you order.
Is delivery free and what warranty applies?
Yes, delivery within the UK is free, with no minimum order value. The estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days. You will receive the tracking link by email.

Will the accessories fit my ladder?
That depends on your ladder: rungs and stiles vary in shape and width from model to model. You will find the fitting details on each product page.
Before ordering, send us a photo and the dimensions of your ladder via the live chat below. We will check together whether it fits.
Can I order accessories and a ladder together?
Yes. Simply add all the items to your basket. Your order may be delivered in separate parcels; you will receive separate tracking for each parcel.
Can I return the accessories if they do not fit?
Yes, if you are buying as a consumer. You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your cancellation, and then a further 14 days to send the goods back. To do so, use the “Cancel your contract” form. You bear the cost of returning the goods. Details in the Cancellation policy.
