Our approach
For projects you tackle yourself.
Anyone who renovates, repairs or keeps their home in good shape needs tools that fit the job. With a ladder, the questions that come after the work matter too: where will it be stored? How easy is it to transport? And how much does it weigh?
At Rungfield, we help you compare these points before you buy, so that you choose a ladder that suits your project and your everyday life.
“It will give way, jam, crush my fingers.”
“I'll end up with the wrong height.”
The right ladder in just a few questions.
Use, height, transport: after a few questions you will see which model suits your project. No sign-up needed.
Frequently asked questions
Your questions before you buy
Is delivery free and is there a 5-year warranty?
Yes, we deliver free of charge within the UK with no minimum order value. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days. You will receive the tracking link by email.
You also get a 5-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. If a defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace your ladder. There is no need to register – simply keep your invoice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
What is the difference between a telescopic leaning ladder and a multi-purpose ladder?
A telescopic leaning ladder is leaned against a suitable, load-bearing surface and can be retracted for transport. A multi-purpose ladder offers additional set-up options depending on the model, for example as a free-standing stepladder.
The permitted positions and the height reached in each are set out in the relevant product description and user manual. What matters is whether you have a suitable surface to lean the ladder against where you are working, or need a free-standing solution. You will find all models, including the multi-purpose ladders, in our telescopic ladder range.
Are the ladders easy to transport and compact to store?
When retracted, our telescopic ladders take up considerably less length than when extended. How well a model fits in your car boot, cupboard or storage space depends on its actual dimensions.
Before you buy, compare the weight and the stated transport dimensions on the product page. Remember to allow for the stabiliser bar and any accessories you carry with it. If you will be carrying the ladder often, the weight is well worth a look.
Can I return the ladder if it isn't right for me?
Yes. As a private customer, you can tell us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to send the ladder back. You bear the cost of returning it.
Write to contact@rungfield.com or use our cancellation form. You may examine the goods to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for any loss in value resulting from use that goes beyond this. Full details can be found in the Cancellation policy.
