We deliver within the UK (excluding islands without a road link, if the carrier does not serve them).

Delivery costs

Delivery to the UK is free for all orders, with no minimum order value. The delivery costs shown at checkout are the ones that apply.

Processing and delivery time

Orders received on working days (Monday to Friday) by 10pm are generally handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then generally takes 7 to 10 working days. For payment in advance, the period begins on the day after payment is received.

The delivery estimate shown on the product page is a non-binding guide. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with order tracking.

Transit damage

Please check the parcel for external damage on delivery and, where possible, have any visible damage confirmed by the delivery driver. Please report transit damage to contact@rungfield.com. Your statutory rights, in particular your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, remain unaffected by this; reporting damage is not a condition for them.
