Orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders received on working days (Monday to Friday) by 10pm are generally handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then generally takes 3 to 5 working days. The estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within the UK is free for all orders, with no minimum order value. The delivery costs that apply are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within the United Kingdom (excluding islands without a road link, if the carrier does not serve them).

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your parcel at any time on our Track your order page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or Klarna. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Simply let us know by email at contact@rungfield.com or use the Cancel your contract page.

Where do I send my return?

Please send returns to: Rungfield – Returns, 60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. Put your order number inside the parcel and, where possible, use the original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you cancel or change your mind, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we cover the return costs.

When will I get my refund?

We refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until we have received the goods back or proof that you have sent them. The refund is made using the same payment method you used.

Our ladders

Are your ladders certified?

Yes. Our ladders comply with the EN 131 standard and are rated for a maximum load of 150 kg (user plus tools and materials).

Which height do I need?

It depends on the job. Our ladder adviser finds the right height in a few questions, and our guide Which ladder height for which job? explains the working heights in detail.

Telescopic or multi-purpose ladder?

A telescopic ladder leans against a wall and folds down to a compact size. A multi-purpose ladder can also stand on its own as a stepladder. Read our guide Telescopic or multi-purpose ladder to choose.
